Don't be fooled by the looks of this house! Outside looks rough but just needs painted. Water damage is old prior to new roof in 2008. Unbelievable is that it has a sauna. Trailer on rear of property will be removed. This house has a ton of potential! The bath is not really a bath,toilet is in the closet, then there is a sauna and a laundry tub...rough condition....
