Raised in a ranching family in Northern California a love for the outdoors, land, ranching and farming was implanted in my "DNA". While attending college I worked as a title examiner, helping land owners purchase, sell and lease properties. The satisfaction associated with the real estate community and farming/ranching communities became a passion that continues to this day.
A career in the fire service followed, in which I served in all ranks and interacted nationally with fire safety professionals as well as national and international professional organizations. Serving in both career and volunteer departments. These experiences developed a skill set and knowledge for solving complex and challenging interpersonal and business situations.
Today's real estate profession isn't just a transaction. It is often challenging for both the buyer and the seller of multi-generational estates and real state professional Realtors are trained licensed and certified to assist in this process.
I have found that most challenges can be solved when relationships are maximized. Some have said, "It is all about relationships". This is so true in today's real estate "world".
Joining my multi-generational farming family DNA with the real estate industry has reignited the passion of my youth. My role is to connect sellers and buyers by identifying potential "hurdles" to a successful transaction for both the buyer and the seller(s).
