BACKGROUND
I grew up in Europe and have since lived in Pennsylvania, Colorado, and Oregon. I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Portland State University with a degree in community health. Prior to becoming a real estate broker, I worked for several non profit organizations promoting individual, community, and global health. Over the past several years, I have lived in and renovated several houses, which allowed me the financial freedom to attend school as well as raise my two boys without having to work full time. My personal experience with buying and selling houses has inspired me to pursue it as a career.
SKILLS
My education and life experiences have prepared me to be an effective negotiator. I am well organized, detail oriented, attentive and hard working. I have excellent communication and listening skills as well as a sense of humor. In addition, I have a natural ability to create beautiful spaces in homes, which helps me to identify potential in a given property. I also enjoy using my skills to help sellers stage their homes in order to sell them more quickly and at their highest value. I enjoy providing high quality service and strive to exceed my clients' expectations. MY LOVE OF HOUSES
After buying my first house, I was hooked. I appreciate the freedom I have as a homeowner to make improvements to my properties. Each house I've owned has had unique and special characteristics that made it lovable.
