My client-first philosophy There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy and home staging ability, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work. In my 24+ years of experience as a Grand Island real estate professional, Ive also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator and responding quickly to your needs. This client first philosophy has always been my approach. It requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, Ive found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything Ive always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. A little bit about me personally Having grown up on a farm with six siblings, I learned the value of hard work, honesty, a simple life, love, and the power of God. I moved to Grand Island with my parents in 1968 and I have lived here ever since. My husband, Norm, and I have been married for 33 years. We have grown two boys and two lovely daughters-in-law and two grandchildren. For fun Norm and I ride Harley-Davidson motorcycles and love to go to concerts. I also sing a play my guitar in a church group at St Pauls Lutheran Church. I love to play Bridge and other card games. We have a West Highland White Terrier (Westie) named Oscar, who loves to go for rides and walks.
