I received the designation of, GRI, Graduate of Real Estate Institute, which is a series of classes related to the Laws of Real Estate and the duties of the licensee. Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest Designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. The CRS Designation recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education. Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) Certification, which is understanding how the short sales and forclosure process works and assisting sellers and buyers to get through the process in the fastest and easiest manner possible.
