James' philosophy on selling - "The best sales people are not sales people at all. When you are encouraging someone to do something not in their best interest or something outside of their comfort zone it creates negative energy. Sales peple don't succeed if their clients are feeling low levels of trust. When people know that they can trust you and believe that you are looking out for their best interest, they feel safe and refer you to their friends and family. In fact, everyone! Trust is something we earn. And the long term rewards that come from trust based service cannot compare to the fleeting short term success of salesmanship. Either apply trust-based service, and have character. Or be a sales person and be seen as one."
