Jace Schmitz has specialized in Land Sales and Development since 1969 in both California and Washington states and has been a full-time top-producing Realtor for more than three decades.
Jace earned his degree in Real Estate and Finance from San Diego State University, and in his early career became the youngest real estate broker ever in the state of California.
Jace has taught college level real estate courses in two states and serves as a Board member of an Internet real estate school based in the Midwest. After more than 17 years with a national firm in Port Angeles (where he was ranked in the top 1% of agents for more than a decade), Jace opened JACE The Real Estate Company in Port Angeles in September 2004 and in Sequim in November 2006. Jaceâs agents provide first class service to clients for land, homes, homes on land and commercial properties.
In addition to representing his clients in real estate transactions, Jace has served as an advisor to developers and overseen the marketing of several developments. Jace has owned, co-owned, and consulted on numerous developments and investment projects.
To assist buyers with land purchases Jace created the Acreage Checklist and the Acreage Checklist Addendum, which provide a step-by-step format for investigating individual pieces of property. The Acreage Checklist Addendum has served as a legal document in hundreds of real estate transactions and is instrumental in safeguarding both buyers and sellers from litigation.
Personally, Jace and his wife, Eileen, own the worldâs cutest dogs, a mixed breed named Beau and a Maltese named Becky. Jace and Eileen live in Sequim and own property in Sequim, Port Angeles, Joyce and believe in investing in Clallam County real estate.
