Owner/Agent
I see myself as a positive force connecting home buyers and sellers. I started in the real estate industry in March of 2004. Not sure what to expect, this career has become my passion. It has been a long and winding road to achieve this career position. If you had asked me 5 years ago where I would see myself at the age of 30, I would have said working as an RN, married with children and living in an urban development, outside of my Carlisle hometown. Life throws curveballs and I have been swept down a path least expected. After graduating from Shippensburg University with a B.S. in Biology, I began nursing school at HACC. I just wasnâÂÂt feeling connected to this career choice. My then boyfriend and now husband Rob, offered the suggestion that I get my real estate license and list and sell the homes built by his company, Neidlinger Fine Homes. I did and nearly 5 years later I am the Broker for Prudential Homesale Services. My husband is also a licensed agent with this company. We often work as a team and our contrasting skills and experience are complementary to each other and our clients.
My opinion on the current market is that you cannot overcome conditions. If you have to sell now, price your home competitively and it will sell. Take constructive criticism on your home condition and suggested pricing and use it wisely. As for Buyers, there is no better time than now to buy!
I go out of my way to make myself available. I see myself as a problem solver. If a hurdle comes up, there is a way to jump it and move forward. You can rely on me to offer you the advice that you need and deserve when it comes to home buying and selling. I love to be creative and I can envision potential in any property. I listen to my customers, their wants and needs become my mission to achieve. I love my job. Please, sit back, relax, and enjoy your home buying and/or selling experience!
