Matthew Madden, Associate Broker/ Partner
As a full-time real estate professional, Matt enjoys working with buyers and sellers of properties of all types. He has been a partner with Hooke Hooke and Eckman since 2005 and a Realtor since 2003. Residential sales in the greater Carlisle area makes up the majority of his business. In addition, his engineering background analytic nature often draws him to residential development, new construction, as well as commercial and light industrial projects.
In addition to Hooke Hooke and Eckman, Matt manages Carlisle Developers, a residential development company actively engaged in residential development projects.
As a lifelong resident of the Carlisle area, Matt is committed to giving back to the community. He currently serving his first term on Carlisle Borough Council, the Downtown Carlisle Association, Bison Foundation Capital Campaign and numerous other boards and committees. He lives in the Carlisle Borough with his wife Katie and their golden retriever, Buddy.
