I have been selling real estate in the local market since 1993 and have helped my clients to successfully close hundreds of transactions. My primary focus has been on single family homes, farms and investment properties. For the years of 1999 through 2005 I had been the top producing sales associate out of an office with about 20 agents. In 2001 I obtained my Pennsylvania Real Estate Brokers License and as Broker of Record for Century 21 A Better Way, I make it a priority to stay on top of changes regarding legislation and other governmental influences that may have an impact on the real estate business as well as changes in policies and procedures of financial institutions that may affect our clients. I have served as President of the Carlisle Association of Realtors and as a director on the boards of the Greater Harrisburg Association of Realtors and the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors. Additionally, I have served as the President of a local chapter of the Lions Club which serves to facilitate many charitable causes and events within the local community. This job does not allow much time for hobbies but I think that I might go fishing if I ever get the chance again.
