Joan has been a "silent partner" in the company since its inception in 1986. Beginning in 1997, she assumed the duties of Finance and Technology director. After successfully raising both of her children, she became licensed in May of 2008 and experienced immediate success. She enjoys working with first time buyers and frequently works in tandem with her husband.
