My family and I have lived in rural Willamette Valley since 1966. I have chosen to focus my business in Polk County & surrounding areas. I have licensed with Windermere Western View Properties in Dallas, Oregon because they are the premiere Real Estate Company in Polk County. I received my GRI (Graduate of the Realtors Institute)in 1999, my CRS (Certified Residential Specialist)designation in 2002 and my Accredited Buyer Representative desgination in 2008. I also held the position of Executive Officer for the Polk County Association of Realtors from 1999 through 2007 and was selected as their Realtor of the Year for 2001. I specialize in helping buyers and sellers with residential, residential with acreage and bare land. In order to provide the best service possible to my clients I choose to belong to both the Willamette Valley Multiple Listing Service and the Portland Multiple Listing Service.
