Hybrid Real Estate

bio:

Kelly has been involved in real estate since 1998, buying her first rental while attending Western Oregon University. She grew up in a small coastal town and has lived in Eugene’s neighboring communities (Salem, Corvallis, and Roseburg areas) over the past 10 years. She has a unique understanding of the surrounding markets and is happy to share this knowledge with those relocating to this area.

Kelly has achieved the distinguished designation of being a recipient of the Who’s Who among Young Professionals, as well as Among American Colleges and Universities. She also received a 100% score on her Oregon Real Estate Broker Exam. Kelly currently holds her Principal Brokers license, which is the highest ranking level of Realtors.

Known as the Ranstad Group, Kelly's husband Bryan, prior to Real Estate, enjoyed owning and running a recruitment firm that contracted with some of the largest and most prestigious Pharmaceutical and Biotech Companies. During this time Bryan negotiated contracts across the country for sales forces up to the V.P. level and consulted companies in their contracting efforts.

Bryan has been involved in Real Estate for the past 7 years. He grew up in Eugene, attended Marist High School, and later Oregon State University where he earned his B.S in Communication.

Kelly and Bryan are the Owners of Hybrid Real Estate and are happily married and live in the Ferry Street Bridge area in Eugene. They have a very active 7 year old daughter named Zoelle and had their baby boy, Beringer in July 2007. They enjoy working on their home, playing outdoors, attending Duck games, and spending time with their family.
