Kim Hyland began her path of service in the hospitality industry, managing events at four-star hotels and resorts in the Boston area. She and husband Kevin moved on to Cape Cod, started a family, and for six years developed a strong community presence through their restaurant business. Eventually, her Northwest roots prevailed, and Kim and family relocated to Eugene, where they have been comfortably settled for nearly 12 years. She and Kevin worked diligently to establish another successful restaurant venture, the popular Koho Bistro in Southwest Eugene, a high point in local dining! Eventually, Kim's community involvement and servicable nature suggested a natural segue into the real estate industry. In 2003, she was welcomed into Barnhart Associates, where she has proven to be an enthusiastic and resourceful broker, applying her keen attention to detail and client-centered principles to earn both notable success in the profession and affection and respect from her colleagues.
