Nancy has been a Licensed Realtor in Oregon for 27 years. Past President of the Million Dollar Club of Lane County. Dave has been a Licensed Realtor in Oregon for more than 21 years. Past member of the GRI Board of Governors Together we have assisted in hundreds of residential real estate transactions.

Education

Both are Graduates of the Realtors Institute (GRI). Both are Certified Residential Specialists (CRS). Dave is certified with the National Assn. of Homebuilders (CSP). Both are versed in the Realtor portion of 1031 Exchanges. We both are college educated.

Personal

Nancy was born and raised in Eugene. Nancy is an alumna of South Eugene HS and the U of O (BS). She has an accounting and business background. Dave has been an Oregon resident for over thirty-five years. He is an alumnus of Linfield (BS), Northwest Christian University (MA), and the U of O. Dave has a business management and consulting background. We are involved in Church, Local Schools and Community Support Groups.
