Jim Kline joined the staff in the summer of 2002. Previously, Jim was employed by the Central Local Schools for 35 years. A graduate of Ohio Northern University and the University of Saint Francis, he completed his real estate courses at Northwest Community College. He is the father of two children and has three grandchildren.
