bio:
My name is Tracy Babcock and I am a native of Grand Island. I graduated from Grand Island Senior High and the University of Nebraska at Lincoln. I obtained my real estate license in 1998 and have been a multi-million dollar producer every year. I received my Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI) designation in 2001 and completed my Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation in 2002. The CRS designation is held by only 10% of the Realtors across the United States. I was President of the Grand Island Board of Realtors in 2001-2002 and was voted Realtor of the Year in 2003. I have served on the Board of Directors for the Central Nebraska Goodwill Industries, Womens Health Services and the Grand Island Noon Rotary Club. I have also served as a Trustee for the St. Francis Hospital Foundation and have served on the YWCA Financial Advisory Committee and the YWCA Nominating Committee. I was the Rotary Foundation Chairperson for three consecutive years. I am currently serving as President of St. Stephens Episcopal Church Vestry and President of the Goodwill Industries Housing Corporation. Whether you are buying or selling, I will work in your best interest. Lifelong, repeat clients and client referrals is what make my business happen.
