I have been a licensed broker since 1972. I am a member of the Grand Island Board of Realtors, Nebraska Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. I am a graduate of the Graduate Realtor Institute, Certified Residential Specialist, Certified Residential Broker, $12,000,000 Club. I have a BA in Business Administration from the Upper Iowa University. My Military experience consists of: Retired Lieutenant Colonel of the US Army Reserves, Vietnam Veteran, Graduate Command and General Staff, served as Company Commander/Battalion Commader. I am a Past State President of the Reserve Officers Association and past National Councilman. My Community involvement includes: Nominated for Mayor, City Council Member, President of the YMCA, Central Catholic Development Foundation Charter Member, Red Cross board, Goldenrod Girl Scout Board and currently I am on the Salvation Army board (I am a past chairman) and Admiral Nebraska Navy Chief of Staff. I have been committed through the years on these various boards and I will be committed to you as your Real Estate Agent for the purchase or sale of your real estate needs.
