Malcolm is a Fayetteville resident who graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a BS in Business Administration. He was a Vice President in the family retail music business (McFadyen Music) until it was sold in May, 2000 to Brook Mays Music of Dallas. At that time, McFadyen Music had 225 employees and 12 locations. He stayed with Brook Mays for 3 years as a Regional Manager responsible for stores in Raleigh, Durham, Winston Salem, Greensboro, Fayetteville, Greenville, Rocky Mount, Lumberton, NC and Reading, PA where his region was #1 in the 60+ store operation. Malcolm has been a top performer at Coldwell Banker Huff & Pennink, REALTORS producing in excess of $5.75 million in closed sales in 2004 and $9.2 million in 2005.
Malcolm is currently serving in the capacity of General Manager for Condo Concepts (www.condoconcepts.info).
