Brent grew up in Forsyth, Missouri and attended grade school all the way through high school graduation. After graduation he worked in retail management at places like Old Navy, Aeropostale, Hugo Boss, and Petland. Brent gained most of his sales experience while working for Petland when he started working for the company in 2008 as a sales associate. He was promoted to Store Manager within a very short period of time due to his can-do attitude, customer service skills, and high efficiency. After running the store for just two months, Brent increased sales by 20%. One year later, he was promoted to Sales manager for the largest Petland in the world! While working in this superstore, Brent was in charge of all hiring, sales training and marketing. One year later, after continuing to increase sales for the company, Brent was promoted to District Sales and Marketing Manager.

With a desire for real estate, Brent decided to leave the Petland family to pursue a real estate sales career and attended classes at Lifetime Learning Real Estate and Appraisal School. After earning a real estate license, he signed on with Gerken & Associates and put his first transaction under contract within days. Because of Brent’s commitment to be the best he can be, he continues his real estate education by taking GRI (Graduate Realtor® Institute) courses.

In his free time, Brent likes to volunteer his time with Relay for Life, M.S Walks and working at local pet shelters. He also enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing with his dog Coco, skydiving, and riding dirt bikes and four wheelers.
