Passionate? Hell yeah, I am passionate! I love getting the opportunity to meet new people and work with them on real estate dreams. When the deal gets done and my client is so happy, that is the best part.
My first job out of college was teaching industrial arts in a high school in New Hampshire. I always had a love affair with food and after a few years of teaching I decided to work in the food service industry. For over 24 years I managed and ran restaurants for Marriott and a slew of private restaurants and trained hundreds of servers in fine dining protocol up and down the East Coast and then in the Midwest. My goal was to provide diners with what I referred to as "Proactive service:" anticipating a need before the clients knew they had it. That's a philosophy I brought to the real estate business when I got my license in 2004.
As a Realtor I enjoy working with clients and anticipating their needs by providing the same proactive service. There are many pieces to the real estate puzzle: finding the right home, negotiating a great price, working through inspections, and finding the right solutions to any issues and in the end having a smooth, successful closing. Being a Realtor is always full of new challenges. Yeah, I'm passionate. I love this stuff!
