When I first came to Lawrence in the early 1990's I fell in love with the older neighborhoods surrounding Kansas University including Old West Lawrence and East Lawrence. The charm and character of the homes, mature trees and proximity to downtown and KU have always been important to my wife and me. Subsequently, we have resided in these areas and currently live south of campus. I am invested in maintaining and improving the quality of life in our urban core neighborhoods. There are a handful of Realtors in Lawrence that are knowledgeable and passionate about our older homes and neighborhoods.
