Dave Irish, with over 30 years of ski resort real estate experience at both Eastern and Western resorts, truly understands the needs and dreams of the vacation second home owner. Starting out with the earliest condominium development at Killington, his work has included the incredible expansion of Vail and Beaver Creek, and now, the re-development and expansion of the Steamboat Resort, leading to a very full and rewarding career. Dave has always enjoyed working with people who love the resort lifestyle.

Dave's background includes a degree in Economics, years of construction and resort development experience, and a lifetime passion for skiing all around the world. "No mountain is too steep, powder too deep, or ice too hard," is the way I have always enjoyed the sport.

Dave has had extensive experience in Interval Ownership and has a strong background in understanding all aspects of resort real estate and living.

Hobbies include skiing, mountain biking, and raising and riding horses with his wife, Ann.
