Dave Hartley came to general real estate work after directing the successful sell-out of The Steamboat Grand Resort. A resident of Steamboat Springs for more than 20 years, he is exceptionally knowledgeable about the different neighborhoods and condominium complexes in and around Steamboat Springs as well as land and development throughout Routt County.

Dave and his wife, Katherine, are raising two teenage daughters on a small ranch just outside of Steamboat. The family enjoys skiing, snowshoeing and ice hockey in winter; equestrian, golf, fishing, camping and hiking in summer.

Aside from real estate, Dave wears many hats. He is a skilled ski instructor, a certified hockey coach and referee as well as a volunteer for the Steamboat Springs Pro Rodeo series.
