bio:
A Colorado native, Chris Wittemyer grew up in the hills west of Boulder. Following a four-year departure to Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas where he earned degrees in Accounting and English, Chris returned to Colorado and attended law school at the University of Colorado at Boulder. He practiced law as a water rights and real estate attorney in the Denver metro area before moving to Steamboat Springs in 1996, marrying his law school sweetheart, Elizabeth, and redirecting his career toward real estate brokerage and development. Chris works to continuously educate and re-educate himself to bring his clients competent and thorough real estate advice. He has experience in land development and farm and ranch transactions, in addition to a strong residential real estate background. Currently, he is working as developer and broker for the Meadows at Stagecoach, Land Preservation Subdivision and "Neighborhoods at Youngs Peak."
