For the past 30 years Pam Vanatta has called Steamboat her home.

After graduating from the University of Northern Colorado in 1979 and moving to Steamboat Springs, Pam began her career in Real Estate as a secretary for a prominent real estate firm. In 1986, she received her real estate license and began selling for a new company in Steamboat called Trimontane Real Estate.

After a couple of years, Trimontane began an affiliation with The Prudential Companies and became Prudential Trimontane Real Estate. Pam has been the top producer ever since! In 2000, she and Cam Boyd, a colleague at Prudential Trimontane, recognized the terrific opportunity and purchased the company.

For the past 15 years, Pam has achieved the status of the top 1% nationwide of Prudential Real Estate brokers and agents and has been presented with the coveted "Prudential Legend" designation, one of the highest achievements a Real Estate agent can obtain. Her efforts didn't end there, in 2007, she was bestowed with "The Pinnacle Award" presented to only the top 10 Real Estate Agents out of 68,000 in the Prudential system throughout the nation. Also, locally, Pam was the top Agent in Steamboat Springs and Colorado for 2007 with over 100 million in sales!

Not only was 2007 a great year for Pam personally, but her Company, Prudential Steamboat Realty was named "Company of the Year" by the Steamboat Springs Chamber Resort Association and "Philanthropist of the Year" by the Yampa Valley Community Foundation. These are the honors that make Pam the most proud, as evidenced by Pam's personal commitment to and involvement in the community. She serves on the Foundation Boards of The Steamboat Springs Winter Sports Club and the Yampa Valley Medical Center Foundation and sits as a Director of Steamboat's only community bank, Yampa Valley Bank.

Pam is married to Lonny Vanatta, a third generation Steamboat native. Lonny is not only a ski racing legend in Steamboat, but was a three time U.S. Champion and World Champion Alpine Ski Racer in the late ‘70's and early ‘80's. Today Lonny is the proud owner of an elite hunting opertaion, Vanatta Outfitters. They both love the outdoors. Pam spends much of her time, when not working, on the Catamount Golf Course, where she was club champion in 2004 and 2007. It's her competitive spirit and passion for real estate that make her so successful. Pam feels blessed to live and work in such a great community and to be surrounded by such great friends and family.
