I have always believed that taking care of others means you will never have to worry about yourself. As a partner with Colorado Group Realty here in Steamboat Springs, technically I "sell" real estate. I prefer to advise people on the best way to meet their goals and how market conditions might shape their decisions. People tell me that they appreciate my straightforward approach, efforts to give them the data and insights they need to understand the market and what is happening going forward. I make sure to provide the investment drivers and the trade-offs people need in order to make a good decision.

After graduating from college I worked for Hewlett Packard out of Boulder, Northern Colorado and worldwide for 15 years. I developed expertise in financial analysis, competitive analysis, and strategy. I bring a relaxed but professional attitude to my work backed up by years of high level experience and negotiations in the real world. With each new client, I believe it is best to understand their goals first, educate them about the broader market, upcoming changes and how that may influence their choices. I work very hard to provide relevant information, insights and go the extra mile to help however possible.

Having a licensed assistant enhances my ability to provide you with exceptional service and at the same give myself the chance to spend time with my family and ski a little too. I am very lucky to be happily married and living the dream many of us share in Steamboat Springs. My wife Wendy and I have 2 wonderful children. Our son Alden is 3 and daughter Neve was born in November 2005. Her name means snow in Italian. We moved to Steamboat because we always wanted to but as time has passed we realize the best reason to be here is that our kids can have the chance to grow up here. Life keeps us pretty busy but we always find time to ski, snowshoe, mountain bike, hike, fly-fish, water-ski, play hockey, hunt and spend time with our friends in the paradise we call home.

I was born in St. Joseph, MI and came out for college at the University of Colorado. At CU, a few friends and I took over the Ski Club and built it into the largest college ski club in the country (from 500 to over 3,500 members). We raised over $35K my last year in major corporate sponsorships outside of the ski industry and used them to put on a series of ski events around the state. I was fortunate to ski countless days all over Colorado, Utah, Wyoming and Montana but Steamboat always felt like home.
