Donna Corrigan is a Colorado Native who has lived in South Routt County for 20 years. She has held her Colorado Real Estate Sales License since 1990 and her Colorado Brokers license since 1990. Donna founded Upper Yampa Realty in 1991. To further expand her interests in selling ranches, she has also obtained real estate licenses in Nebraska and Wyoming.

Donna specializes in selling ranches, scenic mountain getaways and rural recreational properties. Her 20 years as a member of the South Routt community and her extensive experience at selling these kinds of properties in Routt County have given her in-depth knowledge of the local area that no one else can match. Donna raises and trains foundation quarter horses. She can often be found horseback riding, hiking and backcountry and telemark skiing.
