I am deeply rooted in the Chico community- you may have seen me serving lemonades out of our family's food truck, The Lunch Box, at the Thursday Night Markets. Or we may have crossed paths on the little league fields where my 11 year old son, Jacob, and my 6 year old son, Kyle, play baseball in the summer. Many will recognize me as the office manager for our landscaping business, Logan's Landscaping. My husband, Brandon, and I have jointly run Logan's Landscaping for the last 14 years, which continues to serve the Chico area. Throughout the years we have been able to incorporate my love of real estate into our business by helping restore homes for different investors. Being involved in Chico's real estate market gave me a clear understanding on what homes need in order to reach their full potential.
