Annie's professional background features 28 years in business management, marketing and sales, with over 18 years dedicated to real estate.

Living in Prescott for 10 years, Annie worked with her husband in their building and kitchen and bath design center before moving to Arkansas to build insulated masonry homes along with their kitchen and bath design center business.

After 10 years of developing a successful business in Arkansas, they returned to Prescott. Annie re-entered the real estate business and has specialized the last 5 years in "Selling America's West". Having grown up on an Iowa farm, she takes a special interest in land and ranch sales but enjoys all aspects of real estate.

Annie believes in working hard to sell any property she lists for her clients and to find the property that best suits her customers. She has found success in selling her listings during challenging markets. She is skilled in doing the research to price a property right and then goes to work marketing it.
